About Zigomanis Commercial

Zigomanis Commercial Realty Inc. was founded in 2010 by Steve Zigomanis, a widely respected real estate broker in Toronto Canada with over 18 years of commercial real estate expertise.

We provide real estate services in multiple disciplines of commercial real estate: office, retail, industrial and residential. Zigomanis has provided (and continues to provide) tenants, owners and investors with continued consultation on real estate endeavours.

We offer services to local companies based out of Toronto and across Canada and the United States. Whether it is a publicly traded company or a non-profit organization, we have the experience and expertise to facilitate your real estate transaction. A partial list of clients are Viewsonic Corporation, Gambro, Access Copyright, Trilliant Inc., Technovate, AIC Group of Companies, Surex Community Services, McArthur Properties and DBM.

Our goal is NOT to fit a square peg into a round hole and present opportunities that are not an appropriate real estate solution – this process is old and dated and results in higher real estate costs. It is about understanding the intricacies of how your business works and examining what is and is not working within – this will achieve the short term and long term goals of your organization.

Our company is exclusively owned and run by Steve Zigomanis. The experience of working for a large global real estate provider and, more recently, with a Tenant Representation firm, Steve provides all clients with a broad range of services and a firm understanding of Toronto based real estate.

The primary focus of Zigomanis is the exclusive representation of Tenant’s in the real estate market; strategic alliances have been established to help in all disciplines of real estate to provide services that are in the best interest of the client. Decisions are made quickly, rationally and without the red tape of a typical large brokerage.

Being an exclusive Tenant Representation brokerage, Zigomanis Commercial does not accept listings from Landlords as this would be a conflict of interest and would not be in the best interest of the client.
